Quality and QAP We have developed a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) before delivering the final product. • Group of MT's will work in a Team, and each Team will have    a proofreader in rotation providing the First and second    Phase of Production. • Senior MT's/QA's proof read the work of the Team as a     part of 3rd Tier Quality Check. • Physicians check the work thus provides the 4th tier     in Quality Check.
